YBW Aeromedical is pleased to offer FAA medicals with both our medical examiners. Dr. Forsyth and Dr. Gautama are both certified AMEs and would be happy to assist you with your FAA medical certification.

Prior to your appointment, please complete the form on the FAA’s MedXpress website. After you complete the form, print or save a copy. Please email the PDF to office@aviationdoc.com.
Fees
FAA medical exams are $300. If you need an ECG or audiogram to complete your medical, they are an additional $60 each.
We can do a Transport Canada medical at the same time - the additional fee for the Transport Canada medical is $175.
Our office accepts debit and credit payments. Prices subject to 5% GST.
